Clare A. Grice Senior Associate

Clare Grice is a senior associate in the pensions practice based in the Birmingham office. Clare joined the firm (then edge ellison) as a trainee solicitor in 1999. Clare advises on all areas of pensions law, advising both trustees of occupational pension plans and companies in respect of their pension arrangements

Clare is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.

Representative Experience

• Advising a Plc on the conversion of their defined benefit arrangement to a money purchase arrangement.
• Advising trustees of an occupational pension plan on a complicated apportionment arrangement and subsequent corporate divestment.
• Advising on a complicated merger of 3 defined benefit occupational pension plans.
• Providing trustees of occupational pension arrangements with ongoing legal advice.
