Claire is an Associate (level 2) lawyer in our Employment practice based in our Leeds office. Claire regularly advises on all aspects of employment law and her particular expertise covers acting in defending a wide variety of Tribunal claims brought against existing clients, including unfair/constructive dismissal, all elements of discrimination, redundancy, equal pay and TUPE claims. Claire also assists on corporate matters and advises clients on Compromise Agreements and Service Agreements.
Representative Experience

Defending a class redundancy action, with 70 Claimants and a claim for a protective award brought by the Union for an Engine manufacturer.

Defending a multi-party breach of contract claim for a redundancy payment.

Defending large scale multi-Claimant equal pay claims involving local authorities and numerous Respondents.

Advising on collective consultation and changing terms and conditions of employment for a packaging company.
