Christopher Brigstocke Partner

Christopher is a Real Estate partner based in our London office.  His practice covers all aspects of commercial property and he has particular expertise in relation to large scale urban regeneration (especially those involving former civil and military dockyards) and transport infrastructure projects. His clients include public bodies, banks, developers, corporate occupiers and insolvency practitioners.  He also has experience of renewable energy projects in particular on-shore and off-shore wind projects. He regularly advises clients on sustainability issues impacting the property industry and has spoken at a number of property industry events on this topic.  He sits on property working groups within the British Property Federation, Investment Property Forum and Business in Sports and Leisure and is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Federation of Corporate Real Estate Advisers.

• Acting for London Development Agency in relation to the regeneration of land adjoining the Wembley National Stadium to provide a new pedestrian footbridge and improved station facilities for Network Rail as well as new residential and commercial accommodation
• Acting for the Homes and communities Agency (and previously the South East England Development Agency) in relation to its 350 acre flagship Chatham Maritime regeneration scheme comprising retail/leisure/residential/educational facilities within the former Royal Naval Dockyard
• Acting for the Homes and Communities Agency (and previously the South East England Development Agency) in relation to the regeneration of the 30 acre Woolston Riverside site in Southampton for mixed  residential and commercial uses including an on-site combined heat and power plant
