Caroline Trainor Associate

Caroline is an associate in our Construction, Engineering and Projects practice based in our London office. Her particular expertise covers PFI/PPP, construction and facilities management contracts. 

Caroline generally acts for developers, private sector partners and funders although she also acts for contractors, subcontractors and consultants.  

Caroline advises on all aspects of a transaction including the negotiation and drafting of the main project agreements, building contracts, facilities management agreements, appointments, warranties, guarantees and bonds as well as assisting with the lending and security agreements and drafting the corporate documentation. Caroline also manages the financial close of a transaction.  

Caroline provides support to the real estate and the corporate departments advising on and negotiating the construction elements of a transaction and carrying out due diligence on PFI/PPP documents. 

Caroline spent four months working at Morgan Sindall Investments assisting the Head of Legal and Commercial.
