Carol Dick is a senior associate in our pensions practice based in our London office having joined the firm in 1999. She has experience in a wide range of commercial pensions related work for trustee and employer clients, both in respect of general pensions work and in relation to the pensions aspects of corporate transactions. In particular she has advised both employers and trustees on the impact of legislative changes regulatory issues as well as special projects such as transactions, benefit changes (in particular closure to accrual exercises) plan funding negotiations, valuations and plan mergers. 

Carol has recently been involved in two high profile pension scheme buy-outs (in particular the "all risks" buy-out for the pension plans sponsored by an automotive parts manufacturer).
