• Advising on the sale of a commercial/industrial facility for redevelopment as a residential community, utilizing private and public funding.
• Negotiating US$250 million in financing secured by more than 70 facilities in 11 states.
• Representing an investment fund in more than US$1 billion in affordable housing tax credit and rehabilitation tax credit projects.
• Securing a US$425 million multistate financing.
