Bryn is a Senior Associate in our Labour & Employment practice based in our Leeds office. His particular expertise covers a wide range of employment issues including discrimination, unfair and wrongful dismissal, TUPE issues and redundancy.

Bryn has considerable experience representing client in the Employment Tribunal, together with giving training and presentations on a variety of different employment matters.

Prior to practising law Bryn worked within the travel and leisure industry, working in the legal and claims department at Thomas Cook.

Representative Experience

• Presenting to APSCo on vicarious liability.
• Successfully defended client in complex whistleblowing and unfair dismissal case in Tribunal
• Presentation on impact of various TUPE issues and Employer’s obligations.
• Gives regular training and provides ‘employment surgery’ on a variety of different employment issues to major client.
• Successfully defended client in sex and age discrimination claim in Tribunal.
