Jian (Brenda) Xu provides legal advice to corporate clients and prepares transactional documents for corporate, commercial and intellectual property protection matters. Her experience includes preparing and drafting corporate due diligence reports for various projects including establishing new companies and mergers and acquisitions. She is also experienced in the project development of a Clean Development Mechanism and Certified Emission Reduction units.

Before joining Squire Sanders, she worked at a PRC law firm and a US-based immigration law firm.

Brenda became qualified in the People’s Republic of China in 2006.
