Bart also advises clients on compliance with real estate and financing laws and regulations, including disclosure and public report requirements, condominium and homeowner’s association regulations and FHA, VA and Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA) guidelines and regulations. He represents numerous homebuilders, commercial developers, banks and real estate investors in Arizona, Nevada and other jurisdictions.
