Bart Page’s practice focuses on real estate development and financing, including purchase and sale transactions, secured financing transactions, leasing transactions, private and public development agreements, engineering and construction agreements, CFD/SID bond financing and formation and operation of homeowners’ associations and condominiums. Bart also advises clients on compliance with real estate and financing laws and regulations, including disclosure and public report requirements, condominium and homeowner’s association regulations and FHA, VA and Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA) guidelines and regulations. He represents numerous homebuilders, commercial developers, banks and real estate investors in Arizona, Nevada and other jurisdictions.

Bart has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2010. He began his legal career as a law clerk for The Honorable Richard C. Howe of the Utah Supreme Court.
