Roberta Fisher focuses her practice on public finance matters including a combination of conduit, state and economic development financings. She has served as counsel to state and local governments, underwriters, letter of credit banks, private corporations, and healthcare and other nonprofit institutions. Her experience includes State of Ohio bond issues focusing on the Ohio Water Development Authority, Ohio Building Authority, Ohio Public Facilities Commission, Treasurer of State, Ohio Air Quality Development Authority and certificate of participation financings, as well as financings for local governments and pass-through financings for private businesses and nonprofits. These financings have included variable interest rate terms, credit enhancement features, master indenture structures, interest rate swaps, lease-purchase financings and related issues.
Roberta is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association and National Association of Bond Lawyers, and is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.

Representing the state of Ohio in connection with the issuance of Certificates of Participation, Series 2005A, Series 2006A, Series 2008A and Series 2009A for the Department of Administrative Services to finance the Ohio Administrative Knowledge System computer project and Series 2008 for the Department of Administrative Services to finance the State Tax Accounting and Revenue System computer project.
