Bennett Greenhalgh Associate

Bennett's practice focuses on corporate law and corporate transactions for domestic and international clients. He has experience in local and cross-border acquisitions, including acquisitions by way of share sale, regulated takeover offers and schemes of arrangement.

He also assists clients with corporate fundraising. He has experience with a number of secondary capital raisings, debt and convertible debt issues.

Separately, Bennett assists clients with ongoing non-transactional advice, such as questions related to the Australian Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, corporate governance and company secretarial matters.

Bennett regularly drafts and reviews contracts, including service agreements, farm-in agreements and joint venture agreements.

Bennett is a member of The Law Society of Western Australia and sits on the Law Society's Commercial Law Committee and Young Lawyers Committee.
