Belinda Wong Associate

Belinda Wong is an Associate in the construction industry group and focuses on drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements. She regularly performs detailed contract reviews for clients such as BGC, Atlas Copco, Horizon Power, Ertech and Logicamms.

Belinda also conducts various aspects of due diligence together with adversarial matters under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA) and assist clients to comply with their obligations under the Act. She has recently been involved in preparing adjudication applications whilst acting on behalf of the City of Perth and Horizon Power.

Belinda is a member of The Law Society of Western Australia.
