Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Aymeric worked in the corporate department of a law firm in Paris for more than three years and in Madrid for one and a half years.

• Advising the Solideal Group, a global leader in industrial tyres with 40 companies in 25 jurisdictions, on its merger with Camoplast Inc.
• Advising funds or management on several LBO transactions in the automotive, publishing and Internet fields. 
• Advising a US-based electronic components manufacturer on the acquisition of various France-based counterparts.
• Advising on the acquisition of a €100 million spirit business for one of the largest spirits producers in France.
• Advising clients on the establishment of joint ventures in the fields of automotive and agro-chemicals.
