Angela O’Rourke practices in Squire Sanders’ advocacy group where she focuses on commercial litigation and labor and employment matters. Angela handles a wide variety of cases involving contracts, employment discrimination and harassment claims, torts, trade secrets and intellectual property. She also advises clients regarding employment contracts, employee handbooks, employment policies, family and medical leave, and terminations.
Angela served as a student extern to The Honorable Martin J. Jenkins of the US District Court of the Northern District of California and to The Honorable Mary Ann Grilli in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara.
