Antonio Elcarte is member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Squire Sanders.

Antonio specializes in employment and social security law, focusing on issues that affect large Spain-based companies and multinational companies operating in Spain. He specializes in the labor aspects of corporate restructurings, collective dismissals, senior executive employment relationships and due diligence reviews. He also advises on the negotiation, drafting and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, individual dismissals and issues arising from social security contributions, among others.

Antonio has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2009. He has experience appearing before labor courts and tribunals, as well as out of court conciliation procedures. He also regularly advises on the international aspects of employment relationships.
