Andrew Pike is General Counsel, UK and Europe, for Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP. He has responsibility for compliance matters, claims and complaints handling, and is the firm’s money laundering reporting officer. Previously he was a partner in the Corporate team at Squire Patton Boggs and has more than 30 years' experience of mergers and acquisitions, public company flotations and fundraisings, and regulatory and compliance advice.

Andrew Pike joined a legacy firm of Squire Patton Boggs in 1985, and has also worked in the corporate department of a major City-based practice.

He is a member of the Wooden Spoon Society, the UK’s Rugby Union-supported charity for disabled and disadvantaged children.
