Andrew Pike is a partner in the Corporate Finance team at Squire Sanders and has more than 20 years' experience of mergers and acquisitions, public company fundraisings and admissions, and regulatory and compliance advice.

He is also the compliance partner, complaints handling partner and money laundering compliance officer for Squire Sanders.

Andrew Pike joined Last Suddards, a legacy firm of Squire Sanders, in 1985, and has also worked in the corporate department of a major city based practice.

He is a member of the Wooden Spoon Society, the national Rugby Union charity for disabled and disadvantaged children.
