Andrew Price’s practice focuses on corporate matters.

While attending law school, Andrew worked as a research assistant analyzing proxy statements and other SEC filings, as well as employment and change-in-control agreements, for a forthcoming paper on executive compensation. Prior to attending law school, Andrew worked as a paralegal in the Charlotte, North Carolina office of an international law firm focusing primarily on structured finance and loan origination transactions.
