Andrew Gardiner is an associate within the Corporate Finance team in Leeds working with clients in the local market and also nationally and internationally.

His work includes mainstream mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and assisting with IPOs and fundraising on the LSE and wider afield.

Representative Experience

• Acts for a private equity backed telecoms company on their buy and build acquisitions
• Acted on the £67.5 million sale of Applied Language Solutions Limited to Capita PLC
• Acted on the £260 million dual floatation of a West African mining company on the TSX and AIM.
• Acted on the secondary buy-out of Driver Hire from Spirit Capital to Lloyds Development Capital
• Acted on the private equity backed acquisition of a care home from a registered charity.
