Alvaro Bruzon focuses his practice on corporate, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters. He advises corporate clients on incorporation and winding-up of companies, share capital increases and reductions and bylaws amendments. Alvaro also advises credit entities as well as corporate clients on legal issues related to private equity, financial guarantees, international investment funds, participating and syndicated loans, and senior and mezzanine financings.
