Alexia Dufaux acts as a corporate legal secretary and participates in the drafting of documents relating to the restructuring of groups including contribution and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Squire Sanders in March, 2008, Alexia Dufaux worked as jurist within the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris, before practicing in law firms. She was also formerly responsible for the legal department of the accountancy firm Daven Partners.
