Prior to joining Squire Sanders Hammonds, Alex worked in the London office of a New York -based law firm.

• Advising the Solideal Group, a global leader in industrial tyres with 40 companies in 25 jurisdictions, on its merger with Camoplast Inc.
• Advising a CAC 40 company on its EUR€ 400 million bid for the UK, Central European and Australian businesses of a FTSE 100 counterpart.
• Advising a French group on its EUR€ 100 million bid for an international division of a Dublin listed group in the agribusiness sector.
• Advising HEICO Electronic Technologies Corp. on its acquisition of 3D Plus S.A.
• Advising Live Nation Entertainment on its acquisition of Ticketnet S.A.
• Advising French IT group, Exclusive Networks, on several UK acquisitions.
• Advising Dublin and London listed DCC plc on its acquisition of Comtrade S.A.
