Angela Korzhevskaya’s practice focuses on antimonopoly and competition law, corporate governance, corporate and labor law matters. She focuses on all issues related to companies’ activities in Russia and CIS.

In recent years she has been involved in obtaining clearance of antitrust authorities in Russia of a range of merger transactions with foreign participation, as well as advising clients on application of Russian competition rules.

Representative Experience

• Advising clients on Russian antimonopoly regulations related to merger, acquisition of shares, assets or control over Russian companies and cartel agreements.
• Representing clients before Russian antimonopoly authorities.
• Advising clients on procedural issues in both the reorganization and termination of companies in the Russian Federation, and also on the incorporation and liquidation of foreign investments.
• Counseling clients on employment related issues, such as hiring and discharging employees, and drafting employment agreements with top executives of Russia-based companies and representative offices of non-Russia-based companies.
