Ahmed Abonamah’s practice focuses on public finance matters.
Ahmed joins Squire Sanders after holding a variety of positions in the public and private sectors, including serving as an administrator for a large municipal school district and a litigator for an international law firm.
While in law school, Ahmed served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Morgenstern-Clarren in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio and as an executive notes editor for the
Health Matrix: Journal of Law and Medicine.
Ahmed is an active member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association through its 3Rs Program and a law clerk for its Task Force on Judicial Excellence. He has also been involved with Cleveland’s Big Brothers/Big Sisters program and offered
pro bono representation through the Massachusetts Legal Clinic for the Homeless.
