Anna Grozovskaya focuses her practice on intellectual property matters such as patents, trademarks, utility models and industrial designs. She advises clients on various issues relating to the registration, use and protection of intellectual property in the Russian Federation. Anna also focuses on project and corporate finance, investment and general corporate matters including registration of foreign companies and accreditation of their branches and representatives in the Russian Federation.

Anna has assisted in the drafting of legal documents for startup companies, both fully Russian-owned and with foreign investments. She has advised clients on specific legal matters in connection with antimonopoly regulations, corporate issues, customs and tax issues, including those applicable to companies with foreign interests.

Anna’s recent projects include negotiating noncommercial risk guarantees for foreign investors in Russia and drafting relevant documentation. She has also drafted a report on federal and regional legislation covering two industry sectors.
