Andrew Etter
Associate

Andrew Etter’s practice focuses on environmental, health and safety matters. He actively monitors new legislative and regulatory developments in the federal and state environmental context and counsels clients on strategies related to those proposals. He is experienced in a wide range of environmental litigation ranging from the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) to common law claims dealing with zoning issues and property rights. Andrew also assists in reviewing environmental reports and assessing environmental risks associated with real estate investments.
Andrew earned his undergraduate degree, a double major in political science and Spanish, from the College of Wooster. While at Wooster, he studied abroad at the Universidad de Córdoba. While attending the University of Cincinnati, Andrew updated an education law treatise as a research assistant for Professor Ronna Greff Schneider.
Andrew completed a judicial externship with Ohio Supreme Court Justice Maureen O’Connor.
Andrew is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations.
