Abduss acts on behalf of large corporate clients in their property portfolio management and has considerable experience working as part of a team with in-house legal counsel and commercial property specialists. Abduss has been highly regarded for his swift turnaround of legal matters.

Abduss worked as an in-house real estate lawyer before joining Squire Sanders and, therefore, has a true realisation of business needs and requirements, which has given him the reputation of providing pragmatic and realistic property advice to clients.

Acquisition and Leaseback of a portfolio of 29 leasehold and freehold properties with a total consideration of £3.55 million.
Acting on the acquisition of a portfolio of properties as part of a share sale with a total consideration of £100 million and involving circa. 70 to 80 properties.
Advising and assisting on the largest compulsory purchase order in the UK for acquisition of farmland and underground storage rights over farmland affecting more than 600 landowners.
Assisting in acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties.
Managing a large portfolio of properties (30 to 35) for and on behalf of a petrol station operator and developer and industrial premises investor.
Acting for developers in the preparation of site set up documentation and “Lease/Purchase Packs” to ensure swift exchange and completion.
