With the advice and support of a Steering Committee of industry general counsel from Ashland Inc., BASF North America, Cytec Industries Inc., Dow Corning Corporation, DuPont, Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. and The Lubrizol Corporation, Squire Sanders hosted the third annual Roundtable for General Counsel in the Chemical Industry. This invitation-only event brought together a number of chemical industry general counsels to discuss how the Obama administration’s regulatory policies may affect the chemical industry, among other topics.
